Dealbreaker issues?

Many of us love purchasing used/vintage guitars, but they frequently have problems.  What issues with you are deal breakers?  For me I don't like refinishes, that's probably my #1.

I got a deal on a 1956 D-21 with FACTORY double pick guards (Underneath the finish too),------thank God that was a "deal breaker" for a lot of folks as I wouldn't sell it for anything right now! Fog

A real deal breaker for me is often my limited finances, that's probably a good thing though...if not for that I'd own more guitars than Stephen Stills, repaired head stocks or not!

how about capo marks or chunks in the neck. small ones aren't dealbreaker but I hate feeling indentions when I play

Finish cracks on new or NOS guitars. There's a certain left handed D-18 GE NOS that I would love to own but can't bring myself to pull the trigger because of a finish crack coming off the bridge.
